Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team in the Hotels and Restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping department.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all areas.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is necessary.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
