Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team in the Hotels and Restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping department.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all areas.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is necessary.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve issues.
