Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping management.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency across all rooms and public areas.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas or issues that require attention.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
