Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet guest expectations.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies usage.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures is an advantage.
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required by the job.
Basic knowledge of hospitality software and systems is beneficial.
