Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced House Keeping Executive to join our team at AltF CoWorking, with 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the co-working space.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to prevent cross contamination.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide recommendations.
Train and supervise housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a co-working or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Familiarity with inventory management software and record-keeping systems.
