Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Executive with a strong background in hospitality, preferably from resorts or hotels. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all resort areas, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and restaurant spaces.
• Assign duties to housekeeping staff and ensure all cleaning activities are completed as per standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain resort cleanliness and hygiene levels.
• Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Train, motivate, and guide the housekeeping team to maintain service excellence.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for seamless operations.
• Handle guest complaints or special housekeeping requests professionally.
• Maintain daily reports, duty rosters, and housekeeping checklists.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support in planning manpower and shift schedules to meet operational needs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Housekeeping or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations within a Resort or Hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining resort standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred candidates from nearby areas: Attibele, Sarjapur, Chandapura, Hosur, and Bangalore.
