Hotel Revenue & Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

The Accounts Manager will oversee and manage all financial operations of the hotel/resort, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis. This role is essential to ensure the property operates within financial compliance and achieves its financial goals. The ideal candidate will bring hospitality-specific accounting experience and a strong understanding of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Control:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including A/R, A/P, payroll, and cash flow.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Prepare financial forecasts to support business planning.

Audit & Compliance:

• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Implement and enforce internal financial controls and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, licensing, and local financial laws.

Revenue & Cost Management:

• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure revenue optimization and cost control.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor accounting staff.
• Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in hotel accounting software (e.g., Oracle Hospitality, Opera PMS, IDS, Tally, QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of hospitality financial practices, tax laws, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
