Job Description – Hotel Manager Position

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure efficient service, guest satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and customer service skills to maintain high-quality hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize room occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, vendors, and corporate clients.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
• Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment

• Based at the hotel premises.
• Requires interaction with guests, staff, and vendors regularly.
• Fast-paced environment with responsibility for round-the-clock operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
