Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Manager located in Alappuzha. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring superior guest experiences and efficient hotel management. Responsibilities include managing customer service, food and beverage services, receptionist functions, budgeting, and driving sales. The Hotel Manager will also ensure compliance with company standards and lead the team in achieving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Receptionist Duties, and managing guest relations
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight to ensure profitability
• Sales experience, specifically in driving hotel bookings and revenue
• Expertise in Food & Beverage management, including maintaining high service standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus
