JOB DISCRIPTION:-
- Should have expertise in handling hotel day to day operation & revenue part .
- Implement company strategies & operation plans .
- Able to manage the housekeeping team & trained them .
- Should know how to generate revenue for hotel & can handle OTA channels like OYO , MMT, Booking.com etc .
- Manage all game-day operations, including security, guest services, concessions, ticketing, merchandise, game entertainment, and promotions
- Willingness to work long hours, including holidays and weekends .
- Should have excellent acquisition & customer service skills .
- Able to work in high pressure with odd timings & should have Great decision making and problems solving skills.
- Know how to cook basic food for himself & team .
