Restaurant Captain Job Location: Omnitel – Udaipur Department: Food & Beverage Service Experience: 2–4 years in F&B service with supervisory experience Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Captain to lead the service team and ensure smooth operations during shifts. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, team coordination, and maintaining service excellence. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Supervise and guide stewards during service hours. Manage table allocations, reservations, and guest flow. Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service delivery. Train and monitor staff on service standards. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Welcome and seat guests in a friendly manner. Take orders accurately and serve food/beverages promptly. Ensure tables are clean, presentable, and properly set. Maintain high hygiene and grooming standards. Coordinate with kitchen staff for order execution. Handle guest queries and escalate complaints when necessary.
