Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead our sales and operations team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hotel operations, sales, and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless execution of services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize hotel performance.
Supervise and train staff members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in sales and operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including booking platforms and point-of-sale software.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
