Hotel Manager: Job Description:- Setting revenue and guest satisfaction targets and ensuring that these are met. Should be well aware about all the rules and regulation, centrally and locally related to hospitality industry. Overseeing larger events, such as weddings or corporate conferences, and ensuring that customers are satisfied Managing hotel’s employees and motivate them to provide best quality service. Carrying out regular inspections of a hotel’s property and amenities and take care of necessary maintenance as and when required. Responsible for regular monitoring of food quality that is prepared in the kitchen and served to the customers. Responsible for maintaining clean, healthy and hygienic environment inside the hotel premises. Responsible to implement all safety measures as applicable for the hotel including security and fire safety. Regular monitoring of cctv camera. Monitoring employee performance . Qualification and experience: Degree in hotel management from a reputed institute. Should have 5yrs to 7yrs relevant exp in hotel industry. Having good contacts with corporate offices will be an added advantage. Salary and wages: 30k to 50k as per experience EPF and ESI deduction as per eligibility.
