Job Description

Job Summary:

The Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and adhering to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
Set up trays or trolleys with appropriate cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
Handle guest requests professionally and ensure a high standard of service.
Collect trays or trolleys from guest rooms after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service areas and equipment.
Assist with restocking room service items and supplies as needed.
Ensure proper billing and obtain guest signatures as per hotel procedures.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front desk for smooth operations.
Report any guest complaints or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
