Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hostess to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions and guest information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
