Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Handling Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart. Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous atmosphere at all times. Manage guest seating and ensure timely table turnover. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Handle waitlists during peak hours. Reservations & Coordination Manage reservation system (walk-ins, calls, online bookings). Communicate seating plans to service staff. Coordinate with servers, stewards, and kitchen team for smooth operations. Ensure VIP guests are given priority service. Communication & Service Answer incoming calls politely and handle guest inquiries. Provide accurate information about menu, timings, promotions, and offerings. Maintain updated knowledge of restaurant layout, capacities, and special events. Operational Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness at entrance, podium, waiting area, and menus.
