Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Handling

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous atmosphere at all times.
• Manage guest seating and ensure timely table turnover.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Handle waitlists during peak hours.

Reservations & Coordination

• Manage reservation system (walk-ins, calls, online bookings).
• Communicate seating plans to service staff.
• Coordinate with servers, stewards, and kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Ensure VIP guests are given priority service.

Communication & Service

• Answer incoming calls politely and handle guest inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about menu, timings, promotions, and offerings.
• Maintain updated knowledge of restaurant layout, capacities, and special events.

Operational Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness at entrance, podium, waiting area, and menus.
• Track table availability, guest flow, and waiting times.
• Maintain daily logbook and assist with reports when required.
• Follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
