Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :-

Guest Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, confirm reservations, and escort them to their seats.
Reservation & Waitlist Management: Maintain accurate reservations, manage walk-ins, and handle waitlists with estimated wait times.
Guest Assistance: Address guest needs, offer information, and ensure comfort throughout their visit.
Coordinating with Staff: Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Venue Maintenance: Keep the entrance and dining area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Managing Table Flow: Coordinate seating to maximize efficiency and avoid delays.
Event Support: For events, manage check-in, assist with guest direction, and ensure smooth event flow.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and positive demeanor at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,017.96 - ₹30,256.76 per month
