Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Trainer to join our team in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality training or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for hotel staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions on various aspects of hospitality operations.
Design and deliver customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with hotel management to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to hotel staff to ensure they maintain high standards of service quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a hospitality trainer or in a similar role within the hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to evaluate performance.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
