About The Opportunity

A commercial role in the Hospitality & Travel sector focused on hotel, resort and venue sales across India. The position sits on-site and drives B2B revenue through corporate accounts, events (MICE) and strategic partnerships. We are hiring a results-driven sales professional to grow room nights, events revenue and long-term corporate programs.Role & Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify and close new corporate and MICE business across assigned territory to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage and expand key accounts—create customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure repeat business and corporate programs.
  • Develop competitive RFP responses, commercial proposals and site visit presentations in collaboration with operations and events teams.
  • Drive upsell strategies for rooms, F&B and event spaces to maximise ADR and events revenue.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and activity logs in CRM (Salesforce); produce weekly sales reports for leadership.
  • Represent the property at client meetings, trade shows and industry networking events to build long-term relationships.
