Hospital Marketing Manager

You are a dynamic and results-driven Hospital Marketing Manager responsible for driving patient engagement, referrals, and brand visibility for the hospital. Your extensive experience in healthcare marketing, strong networking skills, and ability to develop strategic marketing plans will be crucial for success. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients, building and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and referral partners. Additionally, you will organize CME programs, health camps, and corporate wellness programs to enhance business development and patient acquisition. To promote the hospital's brand and increase outreach, you will collaborate with media, digital agencies, and PR teams for offline and online marketing campaigns. Ensuring brand consistency across all promotional materials will be essential for brand promotion and outreach. You will be required to liaise with specialists, consultants, and healthcare providers for referrals and develop partnerships with corporates, insurance providers, and TPAs to enhance doctor and corporate engagement. Conducting competitor analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and gathering patient feedback to improve services and satisfaction will be part of your responsibilities in market research and analysis. Key requirements for this role include a postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also essential. Additionally, owning a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler and being open to travel are necessary for this position.,
