Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Marketing Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Hospital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to promote hospital services and enhance the hospital's brand image. Responsibilities include creating and managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with medical teams, conducting market research, managing digital marketing activities, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and analyzing the success of marketing initiatives. The role requires coordination across multiple departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.

Qualifications

• Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, including experience in campaign creation, social media, and content marketing
• Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Analytical skills
• Relationship Management and Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Project Management and Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in healthcare marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms/tools
• Passion for healthcare and a commitment to promoting patient-focused services
