Hospital Marketing Manager

As a Hospital Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving patient engagement, referrals, and enhancing the brand visibility of the hospital. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients. - Building and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and referral partners. - Organizing CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, health camps, and corporate wellness programs. - Enhancing the hospital's visibility through offline & online marketing campaigns. - Collaborating with media, digital agencies, and PR teams for promotions. - Ensuring brand consistency across all promotional materials. - Liaising with specialists, consultants, and healthcare providers for referrals. - Developing partnerships with corporates, insurance providers, and TPAs. - Conducting competitor analysis and identifying new business opportunities. - Gathering patient feedback to improve services and satisfaction. Key Requirements: - Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field). - Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills with doctors & corporates. - Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler and be open to travel. - Good knowledge of digital marketing & branding strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,
