Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hospital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hospital's services, attract new patients, and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve hospital growth objectives

· Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content

· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

· Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to attract new patients and retain existing ones

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns

· Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including media outlets, community organizations, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

· Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

· 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of success

· Strong understanding of marketing tools and techniques

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
