Hospital Marketing Executive and Manager

As a Hospital Marketing Executive cum Manager at Alpha Hospital, your role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, doctors, and referral partners. You will be responsible for generating patient leads through field visits, OPD collaborations, and referral tie-ups. It is essential to expand the network in periphery and rural clusters to increase patient flow. Regular visits to doctors, clinics, diagnostics, and corporate companies will be part of your routine. Achieving monthly business targets and reporting progress to the director are key responsibilities. Additionally, representing Alpha Hospital at outreach events, CMEs, and meetings is crucial. Monitoring competitor activity and providing market insights, along with coordinating with operations to ensure smooth patient onboarding, are vital aspects of your role. Maintaining daily visit reports, referral logs, and performance records will also be required. Key Responsibilities: - Build & maintain relationships with corporate clients, doctors, and referral partners. - Generate patient leads through field visits, OPD collaborations, and referral tie-ups. - Expand network in periphery and rural clusters to increase patient flow. - Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, diagnostics, and corporate companies. - Achieve monthly business targets and report progress to the director. - Represent Alpha Hospital at outreach events, CMEs, and meetings. - Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights. - Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth patient onboarding. - Maintain daily visit reports, referral logs, and performance records. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Healthcare preferred). - 15 years experience in hospital marketing or business development. - Experience in corporate tie-ups and doctor referral marketing is an advantage. - Two-wheeler with valid license preferred for field visits.
