Role Overview

Hospital Growth Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth

    growth audits

    for hospitals and healthcare centers.
  • Identify and implement

    strategies for revenue enhancement

    , patient acquisition, and service diversification.
  • Work with hospital management teams to

    improve marketing, branding, and digital presence

    .
  • Develop and present

    data-backed reports and recommendations

    to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with NPPD Care’s internal team and external experts to execute transformation projects.
  • Track and evaluate the

    impact of growth initiatives

    and recommend continuous improvements.

    departmental optimization, partnerships, and referral networks
