🔧 Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee all horticultural operations across residential, commercial, and institutional landscape sites.

·       Lead a team of horticulturists, gardeners, and site supervisors to ensure plant health, garden aesthetics, and timely execution of landscape plans.

·       Manage nursery operations, plant selection, soil health, and pest/disease control practices.

·       Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure horticultural accuracy in implementation.

·       Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain quality standards and sustainability goals.

·       Develop seasonal plantation schedules and guide plant procurement.

✅ Requirements:

·       Master’s degree in Horticulture or related field.

·       Strong knowledge of plant species, native flora, soil types, and irrigation methods.

·       Proven leadership and team management skills.

·       Ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines.

·       Good communication and reporting skills.
