Job Title: Housekeeping StaffDepartment: Administration / Facility ManagementReports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Facility ManagerJob Summary:The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within the premises. The role ensures that all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained to provide a safe and pleasant environment. Key Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, corridors, staircases, and common areas. Ensure proper disposal of garbage and waste materials. Replenish supplies like soap, tissues, sanitizers, and cleaning materials as required. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow safety and hygiene standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist in setting up furniture and arrangements for meetings or events if required. Ensure proper care and handling of housekeeping equipment and materials. Comply with company policies, health, and safety regulations. Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred). Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial work (preferred, but not mandatory). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina to handle manual tasks. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage. Punctual, reliable, and attentive to details.
