Job Description

Oversee the maintenance and development of all landscape and horticulture projects.
Plan, implement, and monitor horticultural activities to ensure high-quality standards.
Liaise with clients (including foreign clients) to understand requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate with horticulture supervisors, staff, and contractors.
Utilize ERP systems for project planning, reporting, and resource management.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
Provide technical expertise on plant selection, pest management, irrigation, and soil management.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project updates to management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

bachelors or masters degree in related field with excellent academic record.
Minimum 9 years of proven experience
in landscape project management and horticultural maintenance.
Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi
with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage teams, handle multiple projects, and work under deadlines.
Experience in dealing with domestic and international clients.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, project management tools, and MS Office Suite.
