Plan and maintain a content calendar tied to product launches, trends, and events ???? Promote seasonal offers and products through engaging stories and reels ???? Collaborate with the team to capture customer experiences and workshops ???Respond to DMs, comments, and build authentic relationships with followers ???? Monitor analytics and trends to refine and grow our content strategy ?? What Were Looking For: Comfortable and confident on camera Basic shooting/editing skills whether with a phone or DSLR Experience with short-form video (Reels, Shorts) Creative, self-driven, and great at storytelling Passionate about plants, nature, or the gardening lifestyle Able to plan, schedule, and publish consistent content Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or InShot Willing to occasionally create content during weekends or seasonal campaigns ????
