Social Media Content Creator

1. Content Creation Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, and graphics. Develop original content ideas aligned with brand goals. Shoot and edit short-form videos for social platforms. Use Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for creative design. 2. Content Planning & Strategy Plan monthly content calendars in alignment with campaigns. Brainstorm ideas for brand promotions, magazine features, and announcements. Ensure content matches brand tone, colours, and guidelines. 3. Trend Identification Research daily trending reels, audios, topics, and formats. Implement trends creatively to increase reach and engagement. Monitor competitor content for fresh ideas. 4. Social Platform Management Upload and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (shorts). Maintain consistency in posting times and content quality. Optimise captions, hashtags, and thumbnails for maximum reach. 5. Audience Engagement Respond to comments and basic DM queries related to content. Interact with followers to improve engagement and community building. Highlight potential leads to the sales/WhatsApp team. 6. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with designers, videographers, and marketing team. Coordinate with influencers or clients for content-related requirements. Assist in creating content for magazine features and promotional campaigns. 7. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track performance of reels, posts, and stories. Analyse what type of content performs best. Prepare weekly insights to improve next month’s content plan. 8. Creative Development Continuously experiment with new ideas, hooks, scripts, and styles. Maintain updated knowledge of content tools and social media changes. Help build a strong, recognisable online brand identity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
