💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
✔ Planning, development, and maintenance of landscaped areas
✔ Supervising gardeners and horticulture staff
✔ Plant selection, plantation, pruning, and lawn management
✔ Pest and disease control using safe and sustainable practices
✔ Maintaining records of plants, fertilizers, and equipment
✔ Ensuring healthy, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing green spaces
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Degree/Diploma in Horticulture or related field
🌱 5–10 years of hands-on horticulture experience
🚿 Knowledge of plants, soil management, and irrigation systems
👥 Strong team management and outdoor operations skills
