Key Responsibilities: Customer Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups through phone calls, field visits, and SMS to customers who have missed their first EMI or are in early stages of delinquency. Collection Execution: Achieve monthly recovery targets by persuading customers to make payments and reduce delinquency levels in the X bucket.
