Job Description

This is a Work From Office position.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in scaling up the company, assisting in improving the market position and achieving financial growth. You will define long-term organisational

strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage overall sales function to maximise sales, volume & revenue for delivering the

organisational objectives.

2. Lead a team of tele-callers to achieve monthly disbursement and lead conversion goals.

3. Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and implement sales strategies.

4. Manage the company's marketing initiatives, supporting sales, and lead generation efforts using

market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy, planning, and execution.

5. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

6. Lead the meetings with clients and will play a key decision maker in closing the deals.

7. Assist the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives

and plan the correct approach to pitch the deals to clients to maximise conversion.

8. Participating in pricing the solution/service.

9. Handling escalations by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a

positive conclusion.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of business development experience in the banking sector is a must.

2. Ability to train, manage, and drive a telesales team efficiently..

3. Bachelors /Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

4. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

7. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
