Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Business Acquisition:

  Drive Home Loan and Business Loan business through direct sourcing and channel partner engagement (including DSAs/DSTs).

• Sales Strategy & Planning:

  Develop and execute effective territory sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, real estate partners, builders, and financial institutions to foster business growth and secure referrals.

• Market Analysis:

  Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.

• End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:

  Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to loan closure, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
