Role Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Cordelia Cruises and close sales.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet them.
• Provide accurate product/service information and handle customer queries.
• Negotiate effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Share insights, strategies, and best practices with team members.
• Keep updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and KPIs.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-centric approach.
  

• Minimum 3+ years of successful experience in outbound tele-sales/telemarketing (preferably international sales).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport over calls.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage high call volumes.
• Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievements.
  

• Full-time role with a dedicated focus on lead conversion and target achievement.
• 5-day workweek with 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Reporting to: Team Leader – Sales.
