Role Overview

inbound, outbound, and WhatsApp sales channels

lead conversion, revenue generation, upselling premium experiences

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for cruise bookings
• Guide customers on itineraries, cabin categories, pricing & onboard experiences
• Upsell premium cabins, suites & onboard services (spa, dining, entertainment)
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely closures
• Manage high-net-worth clients with a professional, luxury-first approach
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
• Track conversions, sales metrics & follow-ups
• Stay updated on cruise schedules, offers & market trends

Key Skills & Expertise

• Strong lead conversion, upselling & negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Professional call handling & email etiquette
• Experience with CRM tools & sales tracking
• Ability to engage premium / HNI customers
• Strong time management & follow-up discipline

Preferred Background

• Experience:

  2–4 years in luxury sales, hospitality, travel, airlines, or premium holiday sales

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business or Marketing (IHM preferred)
