Role Overview:

The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for ensuring a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained corporate office environment. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining service standards, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations across office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
Ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Prepare and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and inspection reports.
Manage housekeeping staffmonitor attendance, grooming, and performance.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping consumables, cleaning materials, and deep cleaning activities.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
Handle office waste management, pest control, and laundry (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Assist Admin / Facility Manager in planning and executing improvement initiatives.
Address any housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3-6 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably from
hotel or corporate facility management background
.
Strong people management and vendor coordination skills.
Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-versed with housekeeping SOPs, materials, and equipment.
