Role:

Job Locations:

Responsibilities:

Verify the genuineness and originality of real estate documents.
Prepare and submit Vetting Reports on Maatrums platform (training and access provided).
Visit specified locations for document verification as requested by Maatrum.
Work on advance requests sent for each verification file.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Must be fluent in
Telugu
(reading and writing).
Must be enrolled with the
Bar Council
.
LLB/LLM degree (Bachelors or Masters in Law).
Minimum 1 year of experience in legal practice.
Prior experience in
land and real estate verification
preferred.

Payment & Work Timings:

500 per file
(after TDS: 450).
Approx.
1520 minutes per file
.
Flexible working hours:
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
(based on availability).
