Educational qualification: Minimum- University degree.
Roles & Responsibilities:- To provide support on Administrative and Contract management activities.
Contract management-
1. Provides contract management assistance to the employees, acts as liaison between cross functions, outside vendors and team members
2. Follow up with function teams on closure of the contract requests
3. Compiles data from tickets raised for legal contracts
4. Updates drafts and edits drafts of contracts, leases, licenses and insurance policies.
5. Prepares and files legal documents with appropriate entities, as required.
6. Tracks the progress of requests on the portal.
7. Maintain the repository of contract copies. Tracks expiry and work on renewing the contracts on time.
8. Maintain, analyze and create reports for quarterly reviews
Administration
1. General administration assistance on operations, occupancy planning, employee events, Library operations
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams on admin requirements.
3. Capture data and prepare presentation for quarterly reviews
