Roles & Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot technical issues related to
Microsoft products
(Windows, Office 365, Outlook, etc.)
Perform in-depth technical issue analysis and provide real-time resolutions
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Collaborate with internal teams for complex escalations
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective technical and communication skills
Maintain SLA adherence and handle multiple queries efficiently
