Join our team for a dynamic opportunity in the US Mortgage Voice Process . Role Details: Position: US Mortgage Voice Process Shift Timing: US Shifts CTC: Up to 7 LPA Hike up to 25% based on your current CTC and experience Work Mode: [Work from Office Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following: International Voice Process Banking Voice Support Insurance Voice Support Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong knowledge of the Mortgage industry Sharp logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Willing to work in US night shifts Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries related to US mortgage services via voice support Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively Ensure compliance with US mortgage policies and service standards Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism Apply Now!
