Monitor and control all Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) to ensure accuracy and timely preparation
Coordinate with chefs and service staff to manage order priorities
Ensure food is prepared as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Track order preparation times and minimize delays
Communicate modifications, special requests, and cancellations clearly to the kitchen team
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen area
Monitor portion control and reduce food wastage
Assist in inventory control and stock requisitions
Report operational issues to the Restaurant Manager or Head Chef
Support training and discipline of kitchen staff when required
