Call and Book your Interview slots 9986267393 / 7829336034 /9380300644 /6360905880 Note : Immediate Joiners Only ( 1-5 years exp Only ) Job Location: Customer Engagement Centre, Bengaluru Job Summary: As a Fraud & Collections Sr. Associate , you will be responsible for: Assessing and approving customer applications for Tesco Mobile contracts. Identifying and mitigating fraud risks through tools and analysis. Assisting customers who are in arrears through multiple communication channels. Supporting customer care teams and helping drive secure revenue growth. Handling inbound and outbound collections-related customer calls. Recommending credit limits and payment terms within company policy. Reviewing processes to improve fraud detection and reduce revenue loss. Requirements: Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in customer service, collections, or fraud mitigation. Understanding of fraud prevention tools , credit policy, and collection procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills . Ability to multi-task, work independently , and collaborate cross-functionally. Experience in the online/mobile industry is preferred.
