*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide top-notch customer support via Voice.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Offer personalized solutions to enhance customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution

*Eligibility Criteria:*

- HSC (+2) with 2-3 years of BPO experience OR
- Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills OR - 1 year of BPO experience with a proven track record

16,000 - 28,000 in-hand
