Proces: Voice Process Lead Generation

Salary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate for the Voice Process Lead Generation role. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and prior experience in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound calls for lead generation.
Communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi.
Identify potential leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.
Maintain professionalism and quality standards during every interaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience, or
HSC with a minimum of 3 years of experience (experience must be in BPO and valid on paper).
BPO experience is mandatory.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work in a rotational shift and handle pressure efficiently.
