Hiring for Tesco Fraud Analysis Eligibility: Freshers or candidates with experience in international voice support Shift: Fixed UK Shift | Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday) Location: Bangalore Joining: Immediate joiners preferred CTC: 4lac to 6.5lac Roles and Responsibilities: Review and Analyze CCTV footage/ Clips / Videos from stores to identify any suspicious or fraudulent activities. Use logical reasoning and attention to detail to accurately assess each situation. Document findings clearly and prepare detailed reports for the internal review team. Communicate effectively with UK stakeholders via voice and written formats, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve critical issues in a timely manner. Adhere strictly to data protection and confidentiality guidelines while handling video content. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
