Job Role: CIBIL DA - Inbound Voice Process

Shift Timing:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding CIBIL reports and related services.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Update customer details and call records accurately in the system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduate (Mandatory).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 6 months of experience in the

    banking sector

  • Age Limit:

    18 to 35 years.

Compensation:

  • Salary:

    25,000 (In-hand)
  • CTC:

    30,000 CTC

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good understanding of banking or credit processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
