Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit prospective candidates to become Insurance POSPs.
Educate and guide candidates through the IRDAI POSP certification process.
Train and support POSPs in selling life, health, and general insurance products.
Drive sales and activation targets through your recruited POSPs.
Maintain regular communication and motivation for POSP agents.
Monitor sales performance and assist POSPs with client interactions if required.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, competition, and industry trends.

Age - 35 Yr Max

CTC - 5.5 Lpa

Background - Insurance Direct sales or Cross selling into insurance.

Branch Address - Delhi, Noida, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Rajkot, Surat, Indore.
