Job Description

International Voice & Blended Process Executive / Agent / Associate

Location & Reporting

Location: pune (kharadi, Magarpatta, vimannager)
Shift: Rotational / Night shifts / US / UK shift
Excellent communication needed

Handle inbound (and possibly outbound) international calls from customers in [US / UK , resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to customer queries via chat and/or email (blended process) in addition to voice.
Provide technical support, billing, onboarding, troubleshooting, account management, or product/service-related assistance (domain depends).
Maintain customer interaction
Escalate issues to higher tiers / specialized teams when needed, and follow up until resolution.
