Job Title: International Business Development (Independent Contributor) Location: Hybrid Mode(Noida Sec-126) Industry- Customer Experience (CX) solutions Job Type: Full-Time As a part of our plant to grow our service offering with new AI Agent driven solutions We seek an International Business Development person for our outreach in emerging requirement within Africa, Europe and Americas. Its an opportunity for the right candidate to work in a fast changing technology driven solution space. You get experience in emerging markets utilizing latest marketing and engagement techniques. You will be groomed to take full responsibilities for new business development. The role is for an Individual Contributor Business Development owner. We expect you to have experience in inside sales and lead generations. You possess great story telling and presentation skills and an eye to analyse business situation to navigate organizational teams to impact our sales goals. You would carry targets typical of a BD role and your compensation would be superbly rewarding if you attain your set targets. Key Responsibilities: •Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies that cater to international markets. •Outbound Outreach: Utilize a mix of outbound channels cold emailing, calling, LinkedIn, and other tools to generate leads and qualify prospects for the sales team. •Communication : Run presentation over Teams or Zoom call with prospects. Prepare well drafted emails and proposal notes. •Market Research: Provide in-depth market research to identify key target markets, potential leads, and emerging trends in different regions. •CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospects and leads in CRM systems, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up of all leads. •Analytical bend of mind and solution finder using data driven approach which includes Reporting & nurturing of leads using tools like Excel and ChatGpt. Desired Experience: •Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or related fields, Must be with atleast 2+ years in international markets. •Strong in one or more of the following Cold Calling , List creations, LinkedIn Outreach, Email outreach, Whatsapp Engagement, Account centric outreach , RFP management •Should have worked in solutioning - CRM , Omni Channel Contact Centre , SAAS, Software Development services. •Skilled in giving remote Presentation , RFP response creation , Product Demo and customer need assessment. •Excellent communication skills in English (additional language like French is a plus). •Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across various time zones. •Results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. •Knowledge of digital marketing tactics (e.g., SEO, email marketing, social media) is a plus. •Must be able to use AI and tools to accelerate outreach. •Great Knowledge of using tools to create communication campaign. •Should be adept with phone and chat based conversation with prospect •Proven track record of independently winning quality, high-ticket projects (Sales $) •Should be able to prepare detailed proposal documents and SoW using templates •Must be flexible to working in different time zone.
